CT Carpet One is an outstanding store. We were looking to replace builder grade carpet (8 years old) in our family room. CT Carpet One: Jeff & Jan provided an overall great experience, from selecting carpet, explaining the differences in levels, i.e. Premium, padding, etc. The installation crew were professional and very efficient, took approximately 2 hours from start to finish. From old carpet removal to correcting some previous installer mistakes, impressive. They installed the new carpet and padding, did several quality checks, cleaned up all, and disposed of old carpeting.

The wall to wall carpeting on one floor of my house was buckled in multiple locations. Toddlers were tripping on it because some of the bumps were so high. The CT Carpet One team came in and straightened the entire carpeted area in about 3 hours. They were friendly and expert at their work. The carpet looks wonderful!
